Why Choose Adeline?
Adeline is passionate about living a fulfilling and purposeful life. She had been inspired by the poem, The Dash by Linda Ellis. She began looking into the meaning of her life − what it represents and how she’d like to be remembered.
It used to terrify her to think about her legacy. She had avoided thinking about this, pushing it as far away as possible. Today, she is aware that the harder she pushes it away, the stronger it will come back.
Life is about having little or no resistance. It’s about moving towards what we want instead of running away from pain. Adeline has spent the time to heal the memory of her past, although it had not been abusive, it was one where love was unspoken.
She’d yearned for a strong mentor and role model to fashion her life after. Today, she has found the secret to be that mentor and role model for herself. She wants to be there for you as you discover meaning of your life.
Her goal is to help women to break through the wall that age has become for them. Adeline believes that most women have allowed man-made rules to hamper their existence and growth. She wants to help women to find their voice and shine their inner gift.

Adeline Heng, author and women empowerment catalyst, loves helping women, who have everything on the outside but feel lost at the crossroads of life. She had personally endured such difficult times. She wished she had a female mentor who understood what was happening and showed her the way.
She chose a powerful metaphor for life: the transformation of the caterpillar. Challenges are life’s ways of building a person up, to be resilient and adaptive.
Happiness is an inside job and everyone has the capacity to be so. Those who desire happiness, simply need to unlock the door to everlasting happiness. That’s why she took up certification in MAP (Manifesting All Possibilities®).
Adeline’s passion is guiding her clients with MAP to improve, both mentally and physically. The result of such growth means more fulfillment and less pain in life.
